PYAR KA WAR -2

     " PYAR KA WAR " - Part 2 (Sequel)

Next din liye hatiyar, aur chla main maidan,
Dekhe to aaj, likha hai kya vidhan.
Dhund dhand ke, mili ek sundar si ladki,
Per jeb main dala hath, to thi bahut kadki.

Phir bhi himmat juta ke, pahucha uske pass,
Vo to aise khush hui, jaise hu main uske liye khas.
Itni khushi bardash na ho payi mujhse,
Pyar ka bij, pheli bar panpa mujhme.!!!

Jindagi ka har pal kuch alag sa lagne laga tha,
Pyar iss duniya main hota hai, aisa main samajhne laga tha.
Phir vo kehti, ki kahin aadat na pad jaye mujhe apki,
Aur thode hi din baad, hum "Just Friend" keh nikal fatki...

Dil tuta tha, to dard to hona hi tha,
But iss chapter ka, conclusion to nikalna tha.
Ki pyar ke khel main jo bhi uljhe ga,
Muh ke bal, aa ke vo jarur girega.

So, just Rock 'n' Roll

Khwaabo Ki Awaz

Dil bhi ajib cheez hai ,
Jise jaisa samajhta hai woh waisa hota nahi.
Khwaab har pal naye bunta rehta hai,
Par har khwaab pura hota nahi.

Parakhta hai har insaan ko ek mapdand par,
Par sabka ek jaisa bhaar nahi.
Kyunki tolta hai jis traaju par,
Uska toh hota koi mol nahi.

Har ek aadmi ahem main choor hai,
Main mera mujhse hata nahi.
Par woh yeh bhool jaata hai ki,
Iss duniya par uska raj chal sakta nahi.

Kisko kya-kya hum samjhayein,
Apne mein hi toh khot bhari.
Patjhar main patte pedo se gir jaayein,
Ismein pato ka toh koi dosh nahi.

Important Fractions And Ways To Remember

Double denominator percentage halfed :

1)   1/2   =  50 %           1)   1/7  =  14.28 %       1)  1/11  =  09.09 %

2)   1/4   =  25 %           2)  1/14 =   07.14 %       2)   1/22  = 04.54 %

3)   1/8   =  12.25 %

4)   1/16 =  06.25 %   & so on...

Triple denominator percentage will be one third :

1)   1/3  =   33.33 %

2)   1/9  =   11.11 %   & so on...

Following a pattern :

1)        1/19            1/20                 1/21  (.25 corresponding to 5^2)
 5+.25= 5.25 %          5 %        5-.25= 4.75 %

2)        1/24            1/25                 1/26   (.16 corresonding to 4^2)
 4+.16= 4.16 %          4 %        4-.16= 3.84 %

Others :

1)  1/6   = 16.67 %            1)  1/12 = 8.33 %          1)  3/8  = 37.5 %

2)  1/15 = 06.67 %

Management Point Puzzle

Q. If your company manager calls you and tell you that he want to discuss about the pay hike and give you two options: (Assumption : You are going to work for atleast next 2 years )

i) tht he will increase your salary by 19% this year and will decrease the salary by 11% next year.
ii) tht he will decrease the salary by 11% this year and will increase your salary by 19% next year.
Wht option will have greater amount which will be base for 3rd year hike?

Ans

If we closely look to the option both are same:

succesive increment and decrement  leads to

19-11-19*11/100=19-11-2.09= 5.91%
OR
-11+19-19*11/100=5.91%

So 5.91% increment in total for both the case.

ghar waale dar gaye ki Einstein toh nahi aa gaya ismein...:)

Exam main baitha poore confidence se main,

humne usse kaha ki dosti ka 'Power Pack' tumne hi to dalwaaya tha... :)
