Dil bhi ajib cheez hai ,
Jise jaisa samajhta hai woh waisa hota nahi.
Khwaab har pal naye bunta rehta hai,
Par har khwaab pura hota nahi.

Parakhta hai har insaan ko ek mapdand par,
Par sabka ek jaisa bhaar nahi.
Kyunki tolta hai jis traaju par, 
Uska toh hota koi mol nahi.

Har ek aadmi ahem main choor hai,
Main mera mujhse hata nahi.
Par woh yeh bhool jaata hai ki,
Iss duniya par uska raj chal sakta nahi.

Kisko kya-kya hum samjhayein,
Apne mein hi toh khot bhari.
Patjhar main patte pedo se gir jaayein,
Ismein pato ka toh koi dosh nahi.

Double denominator percentage halfed :

Q. If your company manager calls you and tell you that he want to discuss about the pay hike and give you two options: (Assumption : You are going to work for atleast next 2 years )

i) tht he will increase your salary by 19% this year and will decrease the salary by 11% next year.
ii) tht he will decrease the salary by 11% this year and will increase your salary by 19% next year.
Wht option will have greater amount which will be base for 3rd year hike?

Ans

If we closely look to the option both are same:

succesive increment and decrement  leads to 

19-11-19*11/100=19-11-2.09= 5.91%  
OR
-11+19-19*11/100=5.91%

So 5.91% increment in total for both the case.
